Subscription Policy
Never miss out on that coveted issue! Pick up your books at your leisure!
Participate in our title subscription:
I. Check out a "previews book" to help with your choices if necessary
II. Inform us of the monthly titles that you want. Please let us know in advance if you no longer want a specific title. The earlier we know, the earlier an adjustment can be made in efforts to avoid ordering extra books.
*Note: Books will only be held for 1 month.
Collectibles Policy
Here at the Basement we not only have some of the latest figures and toys that are available, but my personal collection of figurines and comics. The figures are denoted by a red sticker. Since these are collectibles and typically years (sometimes a decade) have passed since they were purchased, they cannot be replaced. So if the item is purchased and opened, it cannot be returned. These items are cash only. You must have your receipt. The high end comics (loose and graded) are final sales. They cannot be returned for various reasons including (but not limited to) damage that can occur, switching the comic for a duplicate comic that could be in worse condition, once leaving the store etc.
General Returns

*If you wish to return a non-damaged, unopened item for refund, you must return it within 7 days from purchase with your receipt.
*You may return an item for an exchange up to 14 days from date of purchase. This item must be in its original (new) condition. You must have your receipt.

*Sadly, some new items are defective. If you purchase an item that is broken please return it within a week, with your receipt, for a replacement (if possible) or a refund.
